Yep. So if you can start with telling us what are the services you offer to your customers?

Basically we do airport services and group day tours is main area of business, but with that we do group bookings as well and we do girls night out and wedding parties and that kind of things. Umm, so thats the main area. Plus we do Interstate Day tours as well. So these are the main services that we provide. And what are the major destinations that you offer these services to? Our services are available in Melbourne, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales. In these 3 states, we have covered. We are in the process of doing it in Queensland and other states if possible. So that's the kind of future business plans we can say.

Nice and who is your ideal client who should reach out to you from our platform?

Anyone who needs these services, basically I would say just the basic thing, but normally our target clientele is young families who want to go overseas or any groups, any family say where parents are here, friends and their parents are here who cannot go around but they want to go around. So any such requirements, any such scenarios that require these kinds of services, these are our ideal clientele.

Right. And how do you make sure that you satisfy your customers?

Basically in particular in this business reliability is the top priority because normally when people want these services they want to be reliable service. So punctuality and customer service, high level of customer service and all other ticks that normally people want to look for. Basically thats the main area of making them satisfied like timely service, let them feel that they are being served nicely. Thats the main thing like you know there are little things that you can do for that and that's what we are following. So but ultimately it comes to reliability and punctuality and higher customer service.

Thanks. And finally a bit about you. How did you start this business?

This idea was there in my mind for quite a while when my family was young. Now my kids are grown out and everything but when they were young and when I used to go to airport and I used to pay higher charges around that time when I am thinking this is something that needs to happen. This is the requirement in Western Sydney area or whoever living away from the airport and plus similar kind of situation when parents are here normally we have smaller cars and when couple or 2-3 people come from overseas. It suddenly it becomes 7 people family and then it comes to you know kind of look around and looking for these kind of services. So that was in there my mind for quite a while and in 2015 we started this in, we announced this in the Ganesh Festival. So that's when we started and over the period I am thankful to the community, our community and plus our

Facebook page and all other WhatsApp communities and everything whereby we are getting many, many, many customers and we have built up more than a few thousand customers database at the moment. So which is really great thing. So I am really thankful to all our clients for that.
