Hello, everyone. Today we have Amole Khuntale from ASK financials. He is based in Melbourne.


Amol, thank you so much for joining us. If you can start with what are your offerings to the customers?


Perfect. Thank you so much Kunal for having me. At ASK Financials, I am a mortgage broker, I'm a property investor and developer as well. So I help property investors looking to build a property portfolio by offering strategic property finance advice. It's basically a way for time-poor professionals to achieve financial freedom by overcoming common challenges such as lack of strategy that often stops them from creating the wealth and building a property portfolio.


Nice. And who is your ideal client who should reach out to you?  


I specialise in the investment space, but anyone who is looking to purchase a property, be it here first home or investment property, I'll be the one who would be helping them out to find the right loan, have a structure in place and get a loan with a good rates.


Nice. And what is the process that you follow? How do you help your clients achieve their goals?


So initially it will be, Initial discussion about understanding what their goal is, what they are planning to achieve. After that I usually have a personal call with my clients and come up with a strategy session. We will usually then recommend 4 different products that matches the criteria and based on that will come up with the structure and strategy. And usually I do a planning session with the clients as well to have a goal and how we can reverse engineer that to achieve that particular goal, I also educate clients on

looking at the data sets, what are the things, how you find the right hotspots and help the clients achieve that financial freedom using property as a tool.


Nice. And please tell us a bit about you. How did you come across this business? When did you start?


So as I told you have been in property space from last 10 years. I have done 2 developments, I've done renovations, property flips and things like this. I've got a property portfolio across Australia, US and India. In the initial career in property space, I faced issues that brokers were not understanding my requirements and being analytical thinker and more of a data person I thought this is the area where I can add much value and that's how we started this business few years back.
